Shame, I know exactly what you mean regarding their attitude and trust me, the first few times I was there I didn't like them either. They come with minimal extras (only one lounge massage nothing like what they give you at East) but the quality of the girls is the reason we go to these places right?

Naturally, but this time I really wanted a good veggie massage as well and it turned out that East has a Thai girl who's very skilled at that.  
Also, quality is relative, of course. I'm not particularly interested in paying extra for the snotty variety of models and usually prefer the cute girl-next-door type, but in either case the East lineup was lackluster and disappointing. I have had some very pretty hotel girls at 800 each in HK as well this week,  so if the places in Macao want to charge twice as much for their girls they definitely need to improve both their looks and their service.

K-Accord (I think it was. I had booked K-JJ, but the girl I met was actually K-Accord, I believe. Those freckle-like beauty spots on her nose are unmistakable. Very lovely in any case.)
AL.Tammy (Fabulous kisser, which was great after the non-DFK trip to Macau)
and finally
AL. Butterfly (My top choices were all fully booked, so the agent suggested Butterfly. Not my type really, but good service anyway and she also spoke good English.)
