新浪財經訊 香港時間11月23日凌晨消息，國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)周二宣布推出一種新的借貸工具，旨在幫助身為“旁觀者”的歐元區國家保護自身免受主權債務危機蔓延的損害。
國際貨幣基金組織表示，這個新的借貸工具將被用於援助擁有“相對強力政策和基本面”的國家，這些國家的經濟“在經濟或市場壓力增強的當前階段下”面臨著風險。
