A strong dose of pain killer might help a little bit! I guess it might take up to a year for him to recover!

I guess probably not! As those tiny blood vessels have all broken, if it's been putting back, it might worsen the infection! Geezzz... not sure if I am right or not; better consult a qualified physicsian! hehehe.... But one thing for sure, his injury is comparable to a first degree burn!
