Sometimes to get that view you desire you must go to extreme measures. This guy was out looking for seagulls and decided the best view was from the power pole. What he didn't know was that he could not stand on the power lines like the birds do. When he tried to sit his dumb ass down to get more comfortable, ZAP!! That was all she wrote for this young bird watcher.
