Anyone know how to access 141 at Mainland China?

I had tried using public proxy server, it can read but cannot reply or issue new post.... any better way?

The only way I found is to go thru a VPN. Now there are some free one around and some with free trial. Just go search on the web and look for VPN providers. The paid accounts are more stable as the free one can be closed out at any given time. Hence they are free. Hope that help you a bit.

I searched from the google, there are so many VPN/SSH providers in different price.

Do you have any experience on that? Is that PPTP is blocked in Mainland China?

There are various reasons for choosing a VPN service. To by pass and or get access to sites that are blocked is one of them. There are much free one out there you can try but I found that paying one are just more stable. Since I use Gmail, google, facebook and I am in China a lot,  I bit the bullet and got myself an account. So far it has been working for me well. Some provider would even offer software for mobile devices like phones or tablets via GPRS or 3G services.  My advice is to do your home work, search and find one that suit your needs and if you are not sure, go with one that offer trial account and for go for the cheapest one for the shortest time first. Just incase you ask, the one I use is in the top 8 review list.

I want to report my finding:
I try Freegate, and it can successfully solve my problem.
No need to install, no need to amend the browser setting. Just download it, execute it, then use the browser as usual.
