Totally agreed, but then his competitive nature got in the way. Plus, the east was really weak in that 2001-2002 season, he probably thought even he was only 80% compared to his prime, he could still go out and win alot of games. Obviously we all knew what happened. All in all, I am glad and feel blessed to have seen him play live TWICE! Once with the Bulls, once with the Wiz!

Part of reason he came back with Washington is that he was the minority owner at the time, he thought he could sell more tickets so he came back onto the court. He might be the greatest player of all time, but he's not a good businessman.
