高地價政策導致高樓價高租金。呢個死結，搞到全香港市民都要進貢地產商！

大條道理,  加價, 好像 理所當然 , 打工仔說要加人工, no, no. Richer boss 是損害香港經濟的罪魁禍首 .

其實佢地d燒味飯比街市貴而且唔明有咩好吃

when no one goes for a while, they will have to drop the price eventually.  however, many people are just too busy in Hong Kong to cook real meal at home and are forced to dine out.  And then you have the younger people who feel it's "in" to hang out at fastfoods.  soon no one will be able to afford this kind of action though.  can't imagine the pay structure in Hong Kong now-a-day.
