Released 39 years ago on 6 July 1987 ... the first ever American band to be released on the then Ivo Watts Russell helmed 4AD label - Newport, Rhode Island's uniquely talented Throwing Muses with their brilliant musically challenging mini album 'The Fat Skier' album which included a new version of the single, "Soul Soldier", a song which first appeared on their debut album.
