"Fallen" is a 1981 ballad performed by American singer-songwriter, Lauren Wood (born Ilene Rappaport). The song originally appeared on her second studio album Cat Trick in 1981.


In 1989, the song was remixed by recording engineer and record producer, Humberto Gatica, and was later included in the 1990 film Pretty Woman. This version was used on the very popular Soundtrack to the film that has sold over 7 million copies worldwide since its release.
