On 20 October 1980, U2 released their debut studio album “Boy”. In 2003, Boy was ranked 417th on Rolling Stone's list of "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time".

The “boy” on the cover (Peter Rowen) is now 48 years old and a celebrated photographer in Ireland.
