中國大陸0元 - KB團逃巨債      泰國清邁導遊舉牌申訴






泰國清邁府『蘭娜導遊聯誼會』主席馬諾日前帶領10多名
受騙導遊在該府『維護正義』（Damrongtham）中心舉牌集會
申訴稱，中國大陸旅行社招攬下大量零元團 和 低價自費（KB）團，
讓泰國旅行社及導遊預先墊付一系列遊玩費用，在欠下導遊
數百萬泰銖巨款後，竟關掉公司逃回國，將大量墊付資金
的泰國導遊置於水深火熱之中。

目前已知20多名導遊被騙金額高達268萬5637泰銖，還有受害者
在收集證據，初步估計總金額不低於400萬泰銖。

此外，該協會透露，目前還有多家泰國公司以這種方式接受
中國大陸旅行團，而接受信用卡付款的酒店及餐館也面臨著同樣的問題，
一旦那些中國大陸旅行社關閉回國，餐館及酒店也將如同導遊
一樣無從追債。

I don't want to hit mainland on this as con man exist in every place however how the mainland government handle this will decide are they trustworthy if they check this and find that such crime exist and willing to extradite the criminal back to Thailand then they are doing the right thing.  Else just show they are the biggest con man.

It will hardly that mainland government to do so, they just explain those peoples are less education, do not know
what is the rule of doing business. Sure will send them to school again to learn.

I cannot agree on this, if a foreigner do similar thing in china, they are breaking the law and the mainland will want other country to extradite the criminal back.  So I really like to see how mainland handle this.  Do they practice it or do they have double standard.
