Hi guys, why is this happening? The system is not allowing me to send PM to my friends from time to time.
Obviously, this problem has occurred on several occasions in the past (more than a handful of times)
IT admin, may you please fix this problem, as well as friend's list name ordering changes problem, and 20 contacts limit when sending out invitation to friends to read a thread problem.

Friend's list name order and 20 friend selection limit problem:
The contact names ordering (after the first 20 contacts), will randomly changes almost every time, so it would be hard for me to keep track of what contacts I have already sent invitation, and which ones yet to send.
May you add a button to "Select All" friends on contact list? Thank you very much in advance for fixing these problems~
But the reason is: Sorry, The limit to PM to "strangers" in a short period of time has been surpassed.
Judging by the reasoning, I don't think " PM setting in options" is the case though... but thanks for your help 668 C Hing~
"Select All" option should be added to the instead of having a 20 contact selection limit. Also, need to fix the name ordering changes from time to time with the list starting 21 and beyond...
Nope, more like my first tries on people~ Maybe you are right about due to settings in option for PM, as the forum would allow me to PM some other users when that problem happens... so weird...

I can still reply to combo C Hing's threads~ So he did not block me...
On the other hand, username henry1328, blacklisted me, so I cannot rate or reply to his threads/posts, and he and I are not friends anymore... LOL.
I have done my part (here's the Proof), to clear henry1328 off my blacklist (I blacklisted him after he blacklisted me).
I will allow henry1328 five days time to take corrective action by removing me off his blacklist. I will check after five days, if I still cannot rate or post replies in his threads, then I will re-add him to my blacklist.
And I will call him a hypocrite for stating "友情第一 互相尊重" in his signature.
