it could be factory modified RS6...

Joburg Metero got a fleet of Focus STis, Golf GTis, 135Ms and S3s
and 2 factory modified M90 M3 (speed limitor off, stiffied suspension, re-worked exhaust system)
but JMPDs still are useless...
