I soak in vegetable / fruits into  PH 11 water for 10 minutes, and then flush it with clean water, all such said chemicals will be neutralized and washes away.

浸泡3至5分鐘，再換乾淨的水洗2至3次.....I think the water cost is higher than the vegetables...but no choice!

Some of our C-hing claimed that water and other stuff used in cleaning is much expensive than the cost of veg/fruits !!!
However, please consider if Health is  on top of all that mentioned ???
