i m singaporen, i m really quite interested hk whether got any pension after retirement...
recently years singapore hdb flat price already going down and i confirm each local ppl can afford to pay the instalment--HDB liao
i m so depression as hk rent fee to high,haha

香港大過新加坡，如果比較九龍同新加坡平均，新加坡更貴。新界會更加平。

現在的數字，整體是香港比新加坡貴。
而香港是市區比新界貴，
所以，如果不計新界，
香港市區只會比新加坡貴得更多！
