I first knew about Vincent Van Gogh by listening to this song.
Don Mclean's song brought me a picture of the famous painting 'starry night'. Many years later i saw the painting in a book and surprisingly it's exactly what's been described in the song.
In this video let's have a look at the fine pieces of this artist.
Vincent is also one of the first songs I learned to sing with a guitar, many many years ago.
Finally it's nice to know that Don is still alive and still singing.
