interest rates in US is rumored to increase, pushing investor senses to become more bearish, especially real estate stocks..
but this is actually a great time to buy stocks off the recent bullish movement... think about it, if the unemployment is still high and economy is still poor, US will not raise interest rates, the only reason why they dare increasing the rates is because they think the economy has stablized, in that case, eventually the stock market will reflect its true value... i believe the market as of today is still undervalued anyway |
