It is so fxxking sad that all the nice and establised eating places are closing down because of the fxxking rents.

HK has become the CBD of whole China, only CBD services can survive the rent. The situation will be further deteriorated with time going on.

政府應該係呢方面有所知覺，認真看待傳統食津既重要性，同埋作出有效既保護措施，否則幾廿年後冇雲吞麵食，淨係得返麥記。

Why is this the govt's job? It is up to the consumer to do biz at those places to keep them a float. If they are so good, they should be able to raise price and still compete. Where is this kind of concept come from? Right this is socialist thinking. Govt should provide a fair env for private entity to compete, but it shouldn't try to pick winners and losers.
