Samsung Note 2 Questions...

Hi, has been an iPhone user for many years.  Just switched to Android, now using a Note 2.  I have 2 questions that would like help on:
1. With iPhone, you can use iTune to backup everything (including all apps and data) to the PC.  Are there any apps on Android that do the same?
2. How you you sync your phone contacts and calender events with Microsoft Outlook?  I can only do this via exporting everything from Outlook to gmail and then import again to Note 2.  Not very effective and in many cases, not complete.
Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

With Samsung, you can use Kies (download from Samsung website) for back up.

Not sure about sync with MS Outlook. I use Gmail/Calender with Google on PC and and it is seemless to sync if you are also sign in on your Note II.

May i know what is not complete? I change my iphone to s2 and i do it thru outlook to google, everything was fine.

不論軟體更新, 聯絡資料同步匯入匯出, Back up功能, 相信你都可以係 Kies度搵到答案~
