Ingredients:
Live Abalone 600g, Fresh Chicken Feet 300g, Pork Spareribs 300g, Jinhua Ham 25g, Sliced Ginger 2 pcs, Garlic 2pcs, Shallot 2pcs, Shao Xing Wine 1tbsp
Seasoning (1):
Amoy Premium Light Soy Sauce 4 tsp, Water 3 cups, Rock sugar 1 1/2 tsp
Seasoning (2): Amoy Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Amoy Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
Method:
1.Shell abalones and remove the innards. Rinse and scrub well
2.Blanch chicken feet, Jinhua Ham and spareribs and set aside.
3.Heat the oil, stir fry the spareribs with ginger, garlic and shallots. Stir in the chicken feet.
4.Add in Xiao Sing wine and seasoning (1). Switch to low heat and cook for 3 hours.
5.Add in seasoning (2) and cook for further 15 minutes and serve.
