八十年代時紳寶喺香港都叫做威過一兩年。當年受明星效應(黎明啱啱紅時都有揸Saab 900 Convertible，好多電影同電視又會用佢), 加上當時嘅代理喺寶馬撬咗個姓梁嘅精英Sales過去坐鎮，同埋當年盲目熱捧優皮士Yuppies嘅型象定位，的確熱賣過一陣子，甚至可以挑戰當時嘅E30 3系。不過始終Saab係一間細廠，型號又唔多，所以就無以為繼。到通用汽車買咗Saab 後，用埋晒D share platform 嘅策略，令到Saab冇晒本身個性，越出越差，最後仲破埋產摺埋，買家都只係買個名唔係買其實。睇嚟Saab 嘅粉絲要玩Saab都只可以玩舊 model.

上圖呢架就值得收藏喇。通常一聽到Limousine 一字，就會諗起奧斯卡D明星行紅地毯前坐用Lincoln 同Cadillac 改裝嘅長陣版豪華房車，又或者係對上十幾年SUV 興起時用Hummer H2 同Cadillac Escalade 改裝嘅超長陣SUV。講近D，二十年前到香港仁孚都有賣過六門版三排座椅嘅E-Class, 日產President 又有出Royal Limousine 長陣版。韓國雙龍嘅Chairman 都有Limo版供港發售。不過一架Saab 900 竟然會有人改成Limo?仲要係棍波添!

呢架車嘅車主應該喺2010年喺ebay 用US$12500 bid 番嚟而家又放番上ebay 賣，叫價只係US$8500.  抵玩。雖然成二十七年車，但當年標版已經有而家D所謂有環保退稅優惠嘅車有嘅慳油駕駛提示。

A FWD limo!

I did not realise that SAAB's engine is mounted north-south not east-west.

3 of my friends had 900. (One 900 EMS, 2x 900i). They kept theirs for a few years and the yearly maintenance bill was getting more and more expensive. The pictures reminded me of their cars. It is certainly an acquired taste.

FWD with extended wheelbase -- this thing must understeer like hell.
